We ship to all 50 US States.
Domestic orders over $50 ship via ground for free (with the exclusion of Alaska and Hawaii.)
Orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders will arrive within 2-7 business days after your order is placed via UPS ground. We ship from MD and transit time will vary based on your distance from our facility. Priority orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days and ship overnight.
How do I track my order?
We will email you a tracking number when your order has shipped.
Soirée didn’t go your way?
In the event of any questions or problems with your order or if the product received was defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately upon receipt. We will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. email@example.com
Should you make an error when placing your order please email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to make any requested changes but all orders once placed are considered final.
For health and safety reasons DrinkSoirée.com does not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we want you to enjoy every moment of your Soirée so should you have any issues at all, please reach out to email@example.com and our Host with the Most will be sure to take care of your issue.
Sometimes orders are subject to damages. If your product was damaged in transit, you may request, within 14 days of the date of purchase, that the damaged product be replaced. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and the product for which you would like a refund or exchange, along with a description of your concern or complaint. If your product was damaged in transit, please attach pictures for our review.
Upon receipt of your request, the Drink Soiree team will make a determination, in its reasonable discretion, whether a product claimed to be damaged or defective was actually damaged or defective when originally delivered to you and used as intended. Requests for refunds and exchanges will be reviewed and determined on a case by case basis. Company reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to refuse to refund or exchange any product.
